How do I add an additional dynamic IP address to my account?
Contact Mediacom's customer service center to purchase an additional dynamic IP address. There is a re-occurring monthly charge for each additional IP address.
Once you have purchased an additional IP address, unplug your modem from its power supply, wait approximately 15 seconds and plug it back in.
When the cable modem has re-established a connection to Mediacom's network, the additional IP will be assigned to it and can be used in the hub or switch attached to the modem.
